The hotel rooms were more spacious than expected and at a great price for two queen beds, but there was a strong negative smell that seemed like it needed some air freshener. The service was described as the best ever experienced, however, there were complaints about loud talking past 10 PM. The location was praised for being close to where the guest needed to be the next morning, while being pleasant but somewhat confusing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were always spotless, and I liked the nice-sized fridge, but the constant door banging due to the room's proximity to an exit was quite disruptive. It was a downside not having a TV channel guide in the room.

The service was excellent overall. The staff placed our checkout page under our door promptly, and they were very accommodating, ensuring all our requests were taken care of efficiently. It was a nice touch to have a bar for a nightcap.

I really loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so nice and clean, with a new and comfortable design. The service was amazing, with staff being thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The location was perfect for accessing the University and exploring the town, and the dining experience was truly incredible. However, the coffee could have been in a better spot, and the commercial services were lacking a bit. Overall, a great value for money!
